We start by doing a detailed sweeping and removal of gravel with professional sweepers from stalls, roadways, ramps, corners and drainage areas to ensure nothing goes down the drain that could lead to costly repairs.  

After completing a detailed sweep using dust abatement when required we use commercial sediment control to limit unwanted expensive drainage repairs. The floor is pressure washed and squeegeed. Once washing is complete left over sediment or dirt is removed and hauled away and the floor is rinsed to provide a clean dirt free finish.  

Oil   removal – When oil removal is requested from parking stalls due to vehicle oil leaks we use an oil absorbing product that is spread on excessive oil stains then swept up before pressure washing with an oil removal   environmentally sensitive product. The drains are block with an oil absorbing product that removes any of the   remaining oil from the water before going down the drain.
